[I saw some cool re-active targets at the gunshow but didn't get the guys card. does anybody local make or sell them. I would rather buy local then off the Net.

Easy, safe and inexpensive to make them. And its even legal unless you transport it already mixed. What you are looking for is a binary explosive called Amonal. Tannerite is amonal with titanium sponge material added to make it easier to initiate.
