Two faced doesn't begin to describe this low life. BUT as he is an elected official, he is above laws that apply to John Q Public, like you and me. At least that is what their actions show, politicians in general. Know there are one or two good ones but definitely a case of 99% screwing things up for the 1% that make up the good ones.
