We bought this motor coach and just don't have time to use it. We have only put just over a thousand miles on it in the past three years. It is in excellent condition and needs to be used. When we bought it we put NEW BF Goodrich tires on it. Last year we put the automatic awning that makes it real easy to put out; just mash the button. The Credit Union (Members First) will loan $22,350 not accounting for the awning, new tv, new tires, and tow bar system. This is a fine unit and the price is quite fair. Clear Florida title in hand.
