Sable Steel, eastern metals, Conklin, Ryerson are a few you could try. None of those local but they deliver to Pensacola weekly if you have somewhere with a forklift to unload it. You may have to get 4x8 and have it cut locally or cut it yourself

Also there are polymer and plastic sheets that will do many jobs better than metal. Fiberglass sheeting is easy to make. Home Depot has polymer and pvc sheeting.
Some of the metel roofing manufacturers would be your best bet for galvanized. If baker metal doesn’t have it, you may have to go with a different product. Steel City in Panama City has the best prices on mild steel in our region. They won’t have a sheet of galvanized though
