What gun stuff did you do today?

Heated the metal with my old heat gun. Being the cheap capitalistic pig that I am, this stuff makes a $300 & $400 gun feel like a $600 & $800 gun but your mileage may vary.

Bought a cheap retention hoster and 100 rounds of Tula ammo for the Ar 15. Looked at some 100 value pack 223 but passed on it.

Got the saw and jig to start cutting 556 brass into 300 blackout. Need to order a jig that bolts to the saw table. The clamp supplied with the saw is Made In China. Nuff said

Picked up my new Shield 9 without the thumb safety. I loved my other one but without the safety I think I have found my perfect carry piece. Although, the trigger feels a lil more gritty on this one and the slide release is a sonofabitch to engage. Im hoping both issues work themselves out by putting a few hundred down range.

You should let rem. Know they mite hook you up with some Ammo I had some win. That the brass was messed up and they hooked it up

I have never had any Winchester white box that didnt have some kind of defect in the box. I had 3 different calibers .22, 9mm, and .308 with defects all in 1 trip to the range.

Didn't do gun stuff per se....but went to the demolition range today at Tyndall and blew up over 400lbs of c4 and shaped charges! Some real fun times there.
