Matt, they are fun little guns. I had a Universal M1 and loved it, sold it a while back and probably shouldn't have. Ammo is relatively cheap, light weight, recoil not to bad, just an all around fun gun.

This is a great litle gun. Basically a "357Mag rifle". I owned several during the years and actually saw them in action In VN. This would be absolitely great for a truck gun or farm/home SD gun.

Best of luck with your sale sir. --- SAWMAN

    Yes a fun gun.
Had a Plainfield and a Universal. Let both slip out of my hands trading like we do here.
BOTH were EXTREMELY RELIABLE and accurate.

Great little guns, have two of them, the one he has for sale was built with GI parts, and most of them was drill & taped on the side for a side mount for a scope. Just my 2 cents jj

I'm very interested. Would you be interested in any trades, say a very new XD45 and ammo?

Noles Fan {{ You are right some of them were ass. with a Al. trigger Houseing and they stocks and then the rear sights and barrles, but was still to basic GI spec.} If you look at the rear sight on the sec. pit it is a mill sight and the op. rod is of Gi style. that is what I was going on. JUst my 2 cents jj
