The 3.1cc dipper with 5744 powder and Hornady 250 gr XTP has a published velocity of 2,170 fps. Those familiar with these muzzleloaders know they are the business. No more constant cleaning. Instant ignition and no black powder residue if you use smokeless. You can use black powder or Pyrodex if you prefer.
