Got a RUGER LCP MAX this morning.
Double stack mag. (10+1). Twelve shot mags are available also. (12+1)
Same as the LCP only more firepower. Same size except a slightly wider grip which is a good thing. Can put on a "pinky perch". In fact one comes with the gun. Kinda like a Glock 42 +0 Pierce extention.

Guessing,less than a 38 snubby but will weigh this AM and post here.
The 12 shot mags will hang down a little further and I am not sure that I am ok with that. However with the10 shot,with pinky perch switched to mag base plate,it just feels "right" to me.

Mags are expensive. Only one comes with weapon. ( that just wont do !!) I ordered two more 10's from Ruger.

ADDED: As you can see,the slide cocking serations on the slide,the one furtherest to the rear,is greatly raised and somewhat sharp. It is great for the overhand AND slingshot.

Hard to beat the rounds/weight/size.
Weigh it with 13rds for me if you would. Just curious what it would come to.
14.8 as you have it is only .4 ounces lighter than an airweight.... EMPTY!

Got two 12 shot mags today.
Well made. Easy to take apart for PM. Not much longer than the 10's. Might carry a 10 as primary and a 12 for a reload.
Gotta shoot/practice with both to determine. --- SAWMAN

Got my mags and holster. Now ----> 3 10' and 2 12's.
The little Mich Rosen holster seems perfect for the pistol. Gave it several coats of leather care stuff to soften it up so that a well made belt can "mold" it to my waist.
My Glock 42 has some real competition as far as a EDC gun/rig goes.
Will take both to the range for an in depth eval. ---- SAWMAN
ADDED: Pistol was a little tight in holster so I wrapped it in two layers of waxed paper and shoved it in tightly. Then started applying the leather care product. It stayed in holster for about 24 hrs with mulyiple coats of leather care.
NOW. - - -> PERFECT FIT. Great retention, smooth draw.
