Might I ask why steel?
If you survived all that maybe we can make it the next 4 years. We were issued the old "chicken plates" when I was a Gunner on UH1-N's and later on MH53-H Pave Lows. We never paid attention to the dates and we sat on them! They were virtually impossible to wear when flying any kind of gun pattern where you were pulling several "G's" and trying to maintain your balance on a slippery cramped floor while breathing cordite and JP-4 fumes! Just my .02 worth!
$50 for this one steel plate and $100 for each of the two surplus Level 4 ceramic plates. That's a 50% discount off of the surplus store prices. Miscellaneous bits and pieces and a few vests are available too. What do you think?Looking for a set of 10x12 Lvl III plates, preferably steel but an open to any and all plate offers. Thanks.
