I love my 23. Of all the different Glocks I've owned, the 23 is by far my favorite. Mine has the RTF finish on the grips, which I wasn't really sure about when I got it, but have grown to love it. Makes me want to be like Hickock45 and put grip tape on all my pistols. $400 for a gen 3 with night sights is a helluva deal. Good luck in your quest.
