Would like to look at a RRA LAR-8 Predator HP

I am think real hard about taking the 6 month wait on on of these but would love to get hands on with one before I do. I got a 16inch Predator pursuit that comes in rig at 10# and my dad has a 20inch with all the bells and whistles at 16#. I would like to be some were in the middle for the lar 8. The biggest problem I seen on the internet is 308 AR don't enter change like 556 do so my option are limited in after market part not a huge deal being it will be a deer gun and if it shoot like my other rock river it will be the last gun I buy for a long time. So if you have on in the local area and are willing to let me pet your baby I will take you to dinner or pick up your beer of choice on the way down for you. And if y'all have one out of area feel free to post your likes,dislike. The main uses for this rife will be for live target out to 650 yards and playing out to a 1000 with no more than 3 shots a min.
