Winchester 94 30-30

I have a Winchester 94 30-30 I was cleaning and I cant get the front ring that holds the tube and barrel together to hold, I think I stripped the screw. Does anyone near Jay do gunsmithing like that? I also need it safety checked, it's the in-laws who just lost the dad I can't return it to them like this.

If you I need it done ASAP.
