I don't own any guns anymore.
Me either. I carry a whistle and mace. That should work till the police get to me and save me. Not sure how much longer mace will be on the market though, the Consumer Product Safety Commission wants to ban it because it makes peoples eyes sting.

Why call 1911 when 911 is only 18 mins away :)

If they ban it, there's always wasp spray. For those of us who work in a gun free zone, when asked why you had a foot long can of cornea melting wasp spray with a 20+ foot range in your desk drawer, you say "I'm allergic to wasps and I swell up. I was afraid for my life, so deadly force was authorized, anyways. He's lucky all he's missing are his eyes." That perp will be in the darkest hole for the rest of his life and he'll never be able to see to hurt anybody ever again. If worried about federal penalties for the premeditated use of pesticides in an unapproved way, use WD40. It works on the eyes, too. An added bonus (for the Macgyver in all of us) is that they're both flammable, for the real tough guys who like to smoke while messing with the wrong guy

I’ve quit carrying a gun , being a member of a gun forum almost insures that you are constantly being observed by law enforcement these days. So you have a armed security detail with you at all times.

    just kidding.

Cheap squirt gun filled with full strength ammonia.
Works great on dogs and used it often to get revenge on trapped skunks. --- SAWMAN
