    Spikes spartan billet upper. Has "Philly fresh" on right side of upper.
    Id assume this is a special run. Can't find anything on it.

    Not saying it is, but Spartan is the house brand for Job bobs Outfitters. Could have been one of theirs that had custom Cerakote coating.

    This is definitely a spikes branded piece. It goes with their Spartan lower.
