Pace had hail about 3:30 this morning. It woke us up, the wind was howling.
We’ve got a doctor friend who’s office is on Hwy 90 in Pace. The roof blew off and the building is ruined. Must’ve been a tornado that touched down. The building 30 yards across the parking lot was untouched.

Near Pensacola Airport. No damage. Lots of wind and rain. Power did not even blink during the night but went out about an hour ago for about 45 minutes. Figure Gulf Power shut it off while dealing with a repair somewhere.

lightening hit big oak 45 yards out back door, @0500,

blew oak fragments 50feet away, power out, when back on 8 hrs later, tv in bedroom won't come on, but cable box works.

tv in my office, opposite side of house, same thing. put another tv in place, works fine, so no cable box damage....

sounded like a bomb going off, brought my ass to attention RIGHT away.

living room tv fine> weird how shit happens

Four weather service documented tornado's in Bay Country! There took out a few building and damaged others but there wasn't any big swaths of damage that is normally observed when they stay in gound contact for a long time while moving.

I had a lot of tree debris and other people's thash I "storm inherited". Two sections of privacy fence disconnected from same 4×4 post: saturated sandy soil let post/footing dance around till the 2×4 let loose, two other footings needed dirt fill/packing. All fixed, just need to clean gutters again.
