I am looking to lease some hunting land in Alabama. We want to hunt all year round. Must be reasonable priced and have game on the land.

Please don't contact me with a crazy price per acre. The land is just sitting there so why not make some money off of it. If the land is good, hunting is good and price is fair I will lease EVERY YEAR. Please don't BS me, I am not stupid.

Take a look at the AFOA site. When I had a place in Al. they helped me out quite a bit. Got my mandatory insurance coverage with them also. Fairly cheep.

You should probably sit down and take a deep breath before you check out the price per acre for lease'able property though. The "crazy price per acre" is what it is.....a supply and demand thing, just like guns and ammo. Your not stupid...granted. Neither are the farmers that own several thousand acres.

    Good Luck --- SAWMAN
