In a similar manner to wrapping cars, does something like vinyl wrapping exist for firearms? Have a fun shotgun project in mind but I lack any talent for painting. Open to suggestions for alternatives too, if anyone has something in mind!

Oh, guess I should add, trying to do a pattern with small details with multiple colours, so I think that rules out ceracoating.

I’ve never used it, have no connection to the company, and get nothing from them. Here’s a link to a website I was checking out

    Good luck!

I've done a little hydro dipping in the past. It's very challenging, certain water temp, the right amount of spray, the right angle of dipping with proper speed, let's say I bought one kit and never done it again

Good to keep in mind! My wife suggested just using stickers and modge podging it lol. Might just end up going that route.

I did some dash pieces for a car and it was not that difficult- but it did take practice. I did a couple of test pieces and my work came out good (car sold).

Try it on some test pieces - maybe buy a wooden gun or toy.

Yes there is and I have plenty of experience doing it. I use gunskins.com. I did my bergara instead of having it cerakoted. 5 year guarantee and easily removable.

I watched the video of a scope install, and that looks hard.

It is actually a lot easier then it looks. Of course I have added and things that most people find hard, is what calms me down. I have wrapped my 1911 and my begara b-14hmr (scope included) with no problems. I can get you pictures if you would like.
Also, I'd do whatever wrapping for you if you want to go that route, no charge. GCGF, has been good to me so I wanna pass the favor to someone else. Also it keeps me out of my head and away from thinking stupid shit.
