    I do quick temple to get the bulk crap out ( with primers in if they're fouled up/dirty) , decap, size , final tumble.

    This before and after tumbling/decapping is fine for pistol rounds that don't require lube. For lubed cases definitely after sizing and decapping then a quick wipe to remove the excess then tumble to remove leftover lube on the case.
