Trijicon ACOG (looking for input)

I remember a dude had a stand set up at a show a year or two ago with a BUNCH of salty ACOGs. I think he said they were surplus'ed National Guard equipment? They were the real deal though. Wonder if National Guard stuff works different than USGI?

Military stuff of all kinds gets turned into DRMO and then sold off. Maybe there is a deal there....
