Here, I screen shot it and drew an arrow. I’m guessing it only pops up for those of us that don’t have the tacta-app, which usually has a pop up at a slight delay after the one In question, and they overlap each other.
Im much more annoyed by the fact this site drains my phone battery at least as fast as when I’m streaming YouTube/porn.

Now I see what was suppose to see. I don't use the tapatlk app. Everything I intrested in seeing runs, I don't get any popups. Still need to swipe they right side to get rid of recent posts list. I'm not on facebook so those never open and I'm not going to turn of my add blocker as the capition wants done no sign on to fb. Lifes to short. Im on my WIFI with a tablet, might use 20% battery in 6+ hours. If your on mobile data that will drain your battery faster and I don't know what's runing in the background on your device. Thanks for showing whay was going on.

I’m also not on Facebook, running on wifi with my sound totally muted and the brightness about 30%. I assumed it was the multitude of interactive and video adds that run in the banners and pop up every time I’m on here.

I stay logged in (again not tapetlk app), you just click the box to stay logged in (under name/password) and when you click an email msg it opens the Forum at that mgs. no popups, just whatever header is used. No ad now, just the Read the new Rules notice. I kill the Latest Posts and Sponsors blocks on the right side with the arrow in the red box above them (that's a "Setting" for "this Session". They stay "closed" even after I close that msg/email and open a new one and when I switch threads within the Forum.
If I'm not logged in (still no tapatlk) there are inserted ads/popup included under peoples comments and you can't post or "Like" within the Forum. Since it doesn't recognize you, it doesn't keep your " temp selection" when you switch topics/pages all the stuff you minimized/closed: reopens. IIRC.
