T/C Encore Pistol 7mm-08 Tips

Just purchased my very first Encore pistol, a very nice early model chambered in 7mm-08. Up to this point in my life, I had never seen an Encore pistol up close, much less shot one. Any tips or advice on shooting one that you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I will be reloading for it as well, 139/140 gr. bullets is what I plan on using, so any advice there is welcome!!

I will take it that this is a 14" BBl. ? What do you intend to use it for ?
That use should lead you in the direction of which powders you should try to use.

I have a stainless encore pistol in 7mm-08 and love it, have killed several white tails out to 200 yards with mine
