State vs federal law & enforcement of the law.

Interesting how different states use state law to counteract federal law. California legalize marijuana, some states outlaw abortion, others have gun control laws. Sooner or later the Fed will have to decide how they will deal with each.

Seems like I read about a conflict over states rights that happened about 150 years ago. Around 620,000 Americans died.

and may soon happen again, there will be more carnage this time with modern weapons and I am not so sure the same side will win. This country today would have been 100% better if the South had won, or even if Lincoln had not been killed.

Frank I am not sure we would be any better off because I think we would still have the fools in DC or where ever our capital would be. I know some members have no use for SNOW BIRDS, but I beleave in alot of the same things folks down here do. One thing that pisses me off is all the bullshit about not being able to fly your flag. It was a part of this countrys history and should be honered. Fly it under the American flag and be proud. Your flag went the was of prayer in church and alot of our freedoms. With a little more money from other countrys the south might well have won that war.

While working the Tulsa Gun Show earlier this year -- I discovered that Oklahoma does not consider fully automatic weapons illegal...and the local law enforcement has no requirement to cooperate with the BATFE.
