No mention of what Florida is doing. Anybody heard anything on Florida? I know Rubio supports the 2nd Amendment but not sure any actions have been taken to protect us from federal regualations.

I have written several emails regarding this to Governor Rick Scott of Florida and have never received a reply to ANY of them. I am very disappointed with him and worried about his lack of response. I mean, I should have at least gotten an robo-reply.

Awesome! More states need to step up. I do not see GA, MS, AL or LA on that list.

FL won't make it on the list til the FL Legislature convenes later in March.

If anyone will introduce such as bill it would be Sen Gregg Evars.

My thoughts on the states opposing and even making it a felony to uphold any new anti gun laws is this. What difference would it make if they did refuse to uphold them? If a ban is instituted, then no manufacterers would be able to distribute any " Assault" weapons , so it would be a non issue. All of the ones already out there would require legal transfer, and they are already out of stock till who knows when. And then you have the ammo problem. What the hell? I beleive we just had a " Ban " on everything just not the way we were all affraid of.

I believe Rubio will do his level best to support the 2nd Amend. But like all politicians when pressed his nuts will shrivel up take retreat far up inside his little body...
Rubio showed up in ft Myers at a gun show to shake hands. I pushed through a crowed to find this little guy with his hand out... I almost asked .. where's your father... It was Rubio.
