Been looking at 22mag rifles and came across this.

Excel Arms model MR-22 Accelerator Rifle .22 magnum

Anyone ever had one? Know anything about them? Just wondering if it’s something worth considering thanks

Canoe Creek Armory here in Atmore had one of these and the handgun that Excelerator made as well don’t know if they still have them or not. I have one in 17hmr and I can say it is a tack driver. The gun itself is built very well in regards to function some of the areas aren’t smooth and polished but that’s fine .

I've seen and handled Excel 9mm guns in person They were really expensive for the build quality, which was basically square aluminum stock receivers and a basic barrel and bolt. Really pretty crude build quality for the cost. That 22 Mag is a lot cooler looking though, and a lot more refined in its finish.
