Pulled apart. Might be the easiest field strip ever. One hk style pin and the whole lower opens up. I like it. Rollers are in the bolt. Kinda mp5 ish. The rear is held back by the trigger. Then released. Whole bolt snaps out and is captive. Uses a interesting u shaped guide that fits in the notch on the upper. After the hammer/slide goes forward all 3 springs hold then retract the bolt. Clean and lube with rem oil. May try grease on the bolt later.
Mag is a clam shell with a sprial guide and grooves in the case. Basically a rotary double (triple?) stack mag. Cleaned but did not lube the follower or inside, just wiped out.
I like the warning on the side. Lol.
Trigger is pretty stiff, may look at lightning later.
1st gen made in Bakerfield, Ca. Pre-ban. 80s era.
Scope mount is available but spendy. Its like an hk claw mount. Extra mags are high too. But learning my lesson about discontinued firearms. I'll bite the bullet and get more now. May get the skeleton stock too, it retracts. I'll try to get out in the next few days and see how it does.
Iron sights are interesting, notch or ghost (flip) on the rear of the mag. Front post is on the top of the gun where the mag locks in. Mag lock up is 100% rock solid.

I nearly jumped on that. But I'm full of 9mm pcc. I have a calico .22 in an absolute beautiful grade 5 wood stock. A bit awkward to shoot, all stretched out. But, 100 rounds of .22... What's not to love?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't use that bad ass roller delayed, dual recoil spring the 9mm has. But I'm curious. And I have to go to work/sleep/other. Must resist...

If anybody has a scope mount in your stuff box. I'm in. Tkx. I have an old ak side mount that with some dremel action would work bit rather have the correct one.

    That's kool :)

I almost bought one of those a very long time ago at a gun show somewhere... Probably FWB at the time.

I always wondered if those mags were east to load and run well???

Very easy. No spring tension. When it's full, or you get tired or run out of ammo, flip out the crank and wind up the tension!
Key is goldilocks, not too tight, not too loose- just right...
Too tight, you can break the spring.
Too loose will get failures to feed.
If you get any failures on my .22, 4-8 rotation on the crank, and she's up and running like a Singer.

And if anyone has 2, I'll take another.
I believe they are still in production, Rebel.
It's been a minute since I looked it up, but they were less than $100. IIRC
And mags are pricey. Word is stick with the 50 round magazine for the 9mm. The weight of 100 rounds of 9mm causes feeding problems unless you keep that spring tension really tight. Hence the broken springs.

It's the M100S. I snapped some closeups of the walnut stock. But Phone is dying. Post later.
