Mine is just like in the pictures, with all the original straps and buckles, and no dirt or fading. Somebody at some point did write their name on it on a inconspicuous section that is not easily seen, but other then that this fine rig appears to be unissued. No velcro flags included, however it does have two matching original issue MOLLE mag pouches properly attached to the outside MOLLE straps. It will fit any large to medium frame semiautomatic pistol with or without a light or laser. Super duper adjustable in quite nearly every way. The included straps can be added or removed to allow for single or double retention, using on a vest, worn on the hip or using as a drop leg platform, and everything about it is completely reversible so as to be 100% ambidextrous. A truly universal design, engineered at great expense by Uncle Sam and now yours for over $100 below what Uncle Sam paid, so only $40.
