Small truck or SUV

My younger daughter is looking for a small truck or SUV. Trying to keep the price down since this is going to be a second vehicle for work. Anything like an S10, Tacoma, or? Budget isn't a lot. She can live with some cosmetic issues but needs something reliably solid. PM me if you have something.

There's a decent looking s10 or Isuzu equivalent in my apt complex. 1800obo. If I were to get it I'd say 12. 5sp, good paint, single or ext cab, undercarriage/leaf springs are a lil rusty for my liking.

How about a nice pretty dark red Expedition, with lots of good ole American steel to keep her protected from the hoards of non-driving idiotic morons infesting our local thruways?

Actually Thresa is tired of climbing up into it and wants a car. I say Mustang but she wants some kind of Japwagon thingy. I've been in trucks so long I can hardly get in and out of a car.
