    Amazing how movies become reality.
From Star Trek to flip phones.

Now sky net, remember when it was just a movie?

Do the humans ever beat Skynet?

Under the leadership of John Connor, the human resistance eventually destroyed Skynet's defense grid in 2029. In a last effort, Skynet sent a cyborg Terminator, the Model 101, back in time to 1984 to kill Connor's mother Sarah before she could give birth to John.

In a possible future, in like the 10th alternate time line in the franchise spread across a half a dozen movies and two seasons of a TV series... John Connor ends up joining forces with the terminators and becomes a nanotech terminator, as the resistance almost beats skynet. They always leave it open for a sequel. Oh and somewhere in there is a mutiny among the terminators and some of them join the human cause. It gets complicated. I have all the movies and the TV series and the dozen or so spin off copy cat movies. The best one is "Transcendence". I think it has a real chance of becoming true. Nanotech is the future. Scientists have already made a synthetic robot brain that can remember things, using nano-wires. Oh and the terminators nuclear powered hearts were invented in like the 1970's and some are still beating after over 34 years

    Apparently AI people can't/don;t Google.......

    (1) a robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm; (2) a robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law; (3) a robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

There it is. But, let's just let it run and see what it does.....
