Thank you gentlemen.

I do not believe this is a solution for us, since if I buy the lower I would then need that upper to put on it.
or if conversely I sold the upper, then the requirement for an additional lower would evaporate.

So it's kinda a catch 22 .

I believe with the current national political climate getting ever more precarious, I will hold on to the upper and just keep looking for a seperate lower.
