    If you buy a shot gun from a dealer in Florida, do you have to have them ship to a FFL in Florida?? Can you have them ship direct to you?

    You'd still have to have it shipped to an FFL locally for you to pick up, unless you're willing to drive to the FFL you bought it from. The only way you'd be able to have a firearm shipped directly to you is if you are an FFL 01 or a 07. If you have an C&R license, you can have C&R firearms shipped directly to you.
