After more reading there seems to be an accuracy issue. (6-8 moa @ 50yds , 2-3 inches)
Probably because of the way the barrel is mounted or that the barrel is a pencil style or both. Barrel and action is pinned to the lower and an o ring is used on the end if the barrel and slides into the frame to keep it captured. Still reading.
Just for comparison the CMR30 can do this at 50 if I do my part, 2.5x PA prism scope. Lower left square.

So Went to a gun show in Brooksville FL, and I forget who did this but there was a group there with one of the Appeal gun but they were running a raffle.. had a good chuckle..

Per the accuracy.. Well some guns are just close. I do think sometimes style trumps MOA.. Good Luck

Ya should have bought some tickets, played with it till December then sell it to me!! Minute of squirrel is good enough, sometimes. I think we're spoiled now days with the accuracy of the modern rifles/pistols.

It wasn't really designed to be a hunting rifle, though. For what it is (a lightweight highly maneuverable bullpup soft armor-piercing CQB rifle) 3 inches at 50 yards is ok. It's a common man's P90

    Yep, enter the cmr30... :D
I like how flat CMR30's are. Last one I saw was a couple years ago in Maine, at G3 Firearms in Turner, Maine. Might still be there, never know. They are a Class3 dealer and military surplus dealer, in a Fudd town
