Has anyone came up with a way to add choke tubes to Saiga shotguns?.... seems like that is something missing for them... I would be very interested in one if you could add chokes into the mix and have an all around hunting/home defense shotgun

Seems I should have done a search first... there are after market choke tubes that use the muzzle brake threads for instalation.

    Anyone local tried one?

Brownells had a kit once , thread the barrel add screw in choke tubes voila..had to be patient and careful and have a barrel adapter for a vise. They may still sell those

Saiga shotguns are great for what they are... Battle/ home defense shotguns... I would never carry one on a dove shoot and I would laugh at the guy running dogs that did... Fowl hunting in most states limit capacitys to 3rounds, deer hunting is a 5shell limit... Hogs shoot with a mini gun if you want... If your going hunting save the money you are thinking of wasting on threading, and chokes, and buy yourself a good auto loading shotgun... Keep the street sweeper by the bed with your drum fully loaded.... That's my 02 BUT PLEASE! If you do complete this hair brained project take lots of pics:crazy:
