I have for sale a vintage S&W Model 25-5 in .45 Colt. It was built in 1980 and has the classic S&W deep blue finish that everyone loves. It has a 6.5” barrel and a target hammer and trigger. The trigger is the smoothest I have ever felt on a revolver-even those that a gunsmith “lightened”. I have only fired a handful of hunting loads (less than 25). My handloads are just above what would be considered “cowboy” loads. Total round count (mine) is between 250 and 300. I have no idea how many before I got it, but the barrel and cylinder still show no sign of wear. I’m selling it to finance auto repairs or maybe a down payment on another vehicle.
