I got my youngest kid the polymer version of that rifle a couple years ago for christmas. It's a tack-driver. The fiber-optic sights are dead on and easy to see. It's a damned fun gun to destroy cans with.

I picked the polymer one up at Styx River, they've gone up in price but still worth it. It's one of the most fun guns to shoot in our little arsenal. Who doesn't love a lever action?

I aint gonna lie... I could do without the fake lever but I kinda dig the look of that stock.
Yeah it's actually pretty neat. I'll have to read up on it. I wonder if it's mag fed or tube fed. When I look at it, it seems like you could cut that thumbhole portion open. I think that may take some of the weird look out and leave it more attractive

I have one of these and I hate it. lol
If I may ask, what do you hate about it? The one I got my kid might have just been a lucky draw, but my daughter wants a lever gun and I thought about getting her one of these for her birthday in April. Simply because the one we got my youngest son has been good and the price was half of what we'd pay for a Henry.

Im just spoiled with my 10/22s. :)

This one is a little small for my frame.
I got a rimfire scope for it but still can't get myself to enjoy it.
