Revolver Restoration

I recently got a s&w 19-4
The action and lockwork are fine, but the blueing is not in the best condition, and it has some very minor pitting on top of the barrel rib.

For the price i got it for, I'd like to refinish it to be a working gun. Due to s&w factory return times I'd rather due it locally. Anyone knows someone in the panhandle area that does hot bluing, or refinishing guns?
