850-898-5663, texting is preferred, sometimes calls just drop.
Price is now 750 for gun, case, original parts, spare new parts, the original mags, chip McCormick mags and 100rds of ammo.
Bought this gun in 2018, liked it stock but i wanted to improve it. I started out by polishing the feed ramp and the slide rails, then lightly polished the barrel and compensator, all in the name of smoothness...less friction = more efficient.
Then I equipped it with Chip McCormick Railed Power Mags, (4) 10rd and (2)8rd.
This had it feeding smoothly and running very reliably.
Then i moved on to making it safer to run .45Super, the idea is to cause the slide to hold lockup just a bit longer, to reduce the slide speed, i went to a stronger 18lb recoil spring, full length guide rod, square firing pin plate, and an extra power hammer/main spring. This allowed it to shoot any ammo I wanted, it created a gun that had a very nice push with little rise.
Then i put in the bulletproof firing pin and spring, for harder primers...and a spur hammer, polishing the sear lightly for a smoother action, and a beavertail grip safety.
Finished it off with Hogue wraparound rubber grips, and checkered extended slide release and safety.
It runs excellent, last range trip pretty much everyone put a couple mags through it, only issue it has is one of the factory 7rd mags will stovepipe the last round, but only that mag..and only the last round. It has about 700rds through it, cleaned after every time shooting, never carried. Typically scuffs under the slide release but the rest of the gun is free of defects. Comes with (2) 7rd factory mags, (2)8rd, (4) 10rd, a pair of cheap 15rd I tried to get to work but was never successful at it...a Plano hard case and the factory parts, springs, hammer, safety, grips, and the packaging for the parts I used.
