Decided to go out to the ERGC and ping some metal with my LCP2. Can't hit shit with it but fun none the less. Anyways got through sixty rounds and the gun jammed on me. Spent round was still in the chamber. So a closer look and saw the ejector pin gone. WTF! Just bought the gun last November. Maybe 250 rounds through it. Came home and called Ruger. Sweet North Carolina lady answered the phone and asked what the problem was. She took my info and asked if I wanted to send in the gun or she would send me the parts. Said send me the parts. I mean how hard could it be. Besides if I goon it up then I can send in the gun. Plus she said she would include a new magazine. New magazine can run 35 to 40 bucks. Ain't that sweet. The whole ordeal was painless.

Glad you had a good customer service situation......I recently sent back a rifle to Steyr and on the phone they were awesome, just hoping they can fix the rifle but I think its gonna be just wasted money shipping it back!
