Regarding "training." Just how much "training" is required to sign up to make the minimum monthly payment and drive off in a twothousand pound+ vehicle with over 600-700hp?
Training MA, just looking for a way to obstruct, infringe, and limit; for a profit, of course. Everything is available at the right price.

If you want to carry a gun you must have a permit.
Now that there is no permitbeing established, you can't carry a gun without training.
There will be more gun violence without permits is totally false. Criminals aren't worried about permits or training.
Raising the speed limit will promote more speeding tickets.....it's actually quite the opposite.
Law abiding citizens are low hanging fruit and will be the only ones to suffer. But we already know this.
