Yes, they have a website - and yes you can order from them. Yes, this was a physical store - one of three in the Columbia, SC area.

calling them is easy,getting them to pick up is hard,getting your shippment in a timly manner is nonexistant.

Yeah they have some of the slowest shipping and order fulfillment times, very poor customer service. Going to the store is the best idea!
