How many have tried a properly fitted, good quality shoulder holster I wonder. I started carrying IWB with no holster in the 80's, and migrated to OWB or belt holster in the 90's. Thought that was the bomb until I tried my first high end should holster about 10 years ago, and that is mostly how I roll unless the weather is too hot for any cover shirt at all. A pocket .380, now a pocket 9, mm fills the need then.

I find the should holster best for any other time weather/temps permit; especially for carrying in a car, on a bike (as long as not stops where you want to take off jacket). I must say, I am a larger size guy so they are easier for me to pull off that a slender person and they are not for everyone. Anyone wanting to see how a good one rides can contact me to check a should rig out. I still use an OWB now and again for short local trips, but the should holster is my favorite carry now.

I have a Galco Classic Lite shoulder holster for a Bersa 380CC that I sometimes will use on road trips, but normally I carry OWB a CZ75 PCR. I've tried IWB (with the Bersa) but just never really took to it.

Classic lite is a good one, that was the first quality shoulder rig I found. My son recently went to one after carrying OWB for a bit and he likes it better, especially in the car.

For those looking for a G42 holster, here's your chance. Had a 42 I was using for a mold and figured since it was already prepped up, go ahead and toss some FDE on it and kick out another holster. This is the first holster I've made that didn't already have an owner! Gonna list it for $50 if anyone wants it....

I have a Carbon Fiber on order from "The Man" for my XDM 45 for IDPA. I mostly carry IWB because sometimes my shirts are a little short and I am better concealed that way. Ever see someone in the store reaching up on a top shelf and see the exposed holster?

And I don't have a G38 for a mold. Seems the .45 frames are bigger than the 9 and .40's. Would need your gun for the holster.

This is one I did a few weeks ago for a full size 1911. Not the best pic, but you get the idea...

He tucked his shirt behind the gun to get the pic, but the gun rides tight to the body. Also, with the forward cant, the butt doesn't print. Very comfy...

This is the "Stealthy" approach. They'll never hear him coming with all those keys dangling below !!!
And what's with the hammer down on a 1911????? Oh, that's the Israeli Method !!
