If it needs sauce, it aint BBQ.. Sauce is just on the side for a little taste every now and then or to dunk your bread in.

I guess the advantage I have is we ate it all, cooked it all so i was not adverse to the Southern Pork fetish, there really is nop bad BBQ, I have tasted sauce I did not care for but hey, it is BBQ...LOL

agreed. bbq is like pussy...the worst ive had was awesome.
