I remember when this "accident" happened. Two young kids playing putt-putt run over and killed in front their parents, so tragic. Hopefully at least the driver's days behind the wheel are over.
That incident killed 4-year-old Baylor Kirchgessner and 6-year-old Addie Kirchgessner.

Basford said Donaldson’s driving privileges have been revoked, but under current law he could apply to have his license reinstated next week. Basford said his office is working to have Donaldson’s license permanently revoked.

Maybe the kids' father will be driving down the road someday, have a seizure and run down Scott Donaldson. The bastard had 3 prior crashes due to seizures and was still driving. Maybe the doctor who cleared him will get hit by someone having a seizure too, maybe the kids mother...

I know a local guy that had a seizure while driving on Tippin Ave. near the airport several years ago. He drove up on the sidewalk and killed a guy. No charges filed, but he lost his license. He has his license back now and is driving again. Seizures controlled by medication.
