Got a picture of that folding charging handle?
    I found their web site.
Was wondering if it was angled to help clear optics. It's not angled.
Here's the CH, For the Bren 2, doesn't need to be angled, the top of the CH is about 1/2" or so from the mount on the Spectre, and most of the handle is away from the mount when folded open. IDK how big your mount is, but isn't a problem w/ the Bren2:

Thanks. I haven't mounted an optic on mine. But I saw another manufacturer makes an angled charging handle, but it doesn't fold.

If you are talking about the HB industries aluminum charging handle, I bought that one, and like this one better, not just because it folds, but it's almost 2x as big when extended, so your fingers are further away from the gun.

I can see how far it swings out! That's pretty cool. Too bad its not full time ambi.
I put an HB industries ambi extended charging handle on my Stribog and love it!

Figure I’ll revive an idling thread, since an MP5 is always worth a photo. This is my PTR “K” model adjusted with HK internals for suppressor & subs, YHM R9 can, Aimpoint H1 & Scarworks mount, Surefire Scout, Timney trigger and A3 folding brace (yes, that’s the brace version). Still toying with SBR’ing it long term, but at this point she never gets shot without the can. Runs like a freaking typewriter and never skips a beat.

For suppressed with subs, 100-degree. I had the 80 in it originally and did have some FTE and sporadic cycling issues, but now with anything 147 grain or heavier it runs flawlessly, including FMJ, Federal synthtech and hollow points.

I've left my 100 in there too. Some folks say if you don't go with an 80 it will damage the receiver over time. Idk
