After a mere 11 months my first suppressor was approved a few weeks ago. I shot it a little just to test drive it. It appears that the point of impact is down slightly (about an inch at 100 yards). Since I’m planning on almost exclusively shooting this rifle suppressed I’m thinking I should re-zero with the suppressor and then just hold the difference on the rare occassions I shoot it without the suppressor. Does that sound right?

Disclaimer: I know nothing about suppressers.
Could it be possible that a suppressor could benefit from being "tuned" to a barrel?

Why? What were some pros about that one that made you pick it? :)

It was recommended by a very good shooter that used it in his job…I also liked the unique design that cut down on back pressure and supposedly requires less tuning on the rifle and less gas blow back.

Just the little bit of length and weight changed your zero. All is normal. Have fun with it.
