I finally got out to the range to shoot my Remington 700 7mm08 that I sent Dana English of English Rifles to build. Gun started on a stainless 700 action that he blueprinted and did a fine trigger job on. Bartlein #3 Sporter barrel, McMillian Remimgton Classic stock, Swarovski Z3 4-12x50 scope, and Talley rings. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. The rifle shoots 1/2" or under with factory ammo, Fusion and Ballistic Silvertips. Shot everything else under an inch (Corelokts, Federal TSX) except for Superformance. Sprayed those. I shot at 100 & 200 and outside some last scope adjustments, the deer better watch out.

Yeah, I was really wanting something unique to me but still looked like a factory rifle. I like the classic look of the Remington's but ones I've owned have been hit or miss on accuracy. This one was built on a 1994 gun and I have a matching 1994 Model 7 I plan to do the same with. This is the most accurate gun I now own. Previous was a Tikka T3 in 270.
