Need to rig up a solar setup to power gamecams

Have any of you done it?? 12v spypoint. The kit they sell is $135+. Need 2. I can get the proper cord to connect the battery. $20. Wanted to use rechargeable batts in the unit but I think the 1.2v per battery (x8) won't be enough to run the camera properly. Damm math!!!

Google solar camera chargers. They are way cheaper then spypoint brand.
