Should be a extremely simple job using a self centering hand reamer.
I am sure they are rent'able.
    Use plenty of cutting oil/fluid.
Is the bore diameter of the two different ??? (.223 vs .224) Will that matter ?? ---- SAWMAN

Is it that simple? In addition to the bore diameter difference as Sawman suggests, the case rims are not the same either. The 22WMR case rim is larger in diameter than the 22LR. Looks like you will also need a 22WMR case ejector star in addition to drilling the cylinder out. It might be cheaper to buy an inexpensive 22WMR revolver. IMO

I’ve done this modification, but it was a single action and all that was required was to ream the cylinders, every thing else work just like it was.
