Genuinely don't know what to do when I have kids. Public school is out of the question at this point. There's no telling if you can trust the private ones either.

Even though that's what the astronomer who discovered them named them...

Same guy discovered Uranus.
Named it Uranus.

Tell me every person who heard it the first time didn't laugh a little...

"I found a planet! It's huge. I'll call it Uranus."

"What do you see in that telescope?"
"Uranus"

"Is that Uranus?"
"No, we think that's just a black hole."
"What's the difference?"
