Average deer processing near me is $220 for 1 deer, for sausage, deer burger, sticks, etc. And you don't really know who's deer you are getting... buddy got buckshot in his rifle shot deer.
could not agree more. 100 percent

I have a LEM big bite. I forget which model, but its great. I also have their sausage stuffer, jerky cannon and meat slicer. The meat slicer im not so impressed with. It overheats if you leave it on for a few minutes.
