If you don't reload for this caliber, buy ammo when you see it. It isn't as hard to find as some folks think, but it is still wise to stock a little up.
They are very nice rifles. I have the 336D Guide Gun Ported in 35 Rem. When I use to hunt living in Lawrenceville, GA I used the gun alot. Now it sits in the safe.
I still have my first .35 Brass that I shot my first buck with this gun. I have lots of ammo for it. You made me get it out of the safe now I may need to go shoot it again.
What has been said. All pros with only con being ammo. While it is readily available up north it is harder to find down here. Better than a 30-30 for deer as the bulletyts are not deflected by branches as much. Grats on a great gun.
